Dardenne Park is definitely one of the most captivating and enchanting parks in the city system, regardless of its smaller size. Picturesque and tailored for the young child's sense of imagination & love to play --- you'll expect fairies to be peeking out from behind every tree! 90% or more of Dardenne Park consists of wooded areas, laced and intertwined with paved trails. From the parking lot, this is the first of many trails within the 3 acre park. Dardenne Park sits adjacent to the St. Peters City Golf Course. This is a particularly spectacular view from within the park to the course next door. In the very center of Dardenne Park is a clearing where you will find this enthralling and new playground. Note that 100% of the playing surface is deeply rubberized with a soft and bouncy material that stays cool in the summer and not as cold in the winter.

Dardenne Creek flows lazily through the center of Dardenne Park. Banks are gently sloped to allow easy access for children to catch crawdads and chase minnows through the shadows and splashes of sunlight in the nooks & crannies of the water. This jungle gym offers a swaying bridge to execute, slides, climbing ropes and other various challenges for the young child. In the very center of Dardenne Park is a clearing where you will find this enthralling and new playground. Note that 100% of the playing surface is deeply rubberized with a soft and bouncy material that stays cool in the summer and not as cold in the winter. Can you see your child in the mouth of this friendly hippo?
